Harvest Variety Packages – great taste, great value

Order the size Variety Package that’s right for your family, freezer, and budget. Every cut is cryo-packaged and deep-frozen to assure quality and flavor. Each package is clearly labeled with the type of cut and weight. All our beef is harvested, butchered and packaged at a USDA-inspected custom processor. That means our beef is not mingled or combined with any other beef.

Variety packages include steaks, roasts, and ground beef. An order may also include liver, tongue, or heart.

Reserve your order with a down payment; the remainder is due upon delivery. Scroll down to make your online reservation. PLEASE NOTE: Check or cash is preferred when paying the remainder. A credit card is also accepted and a 2.5% fee will be added to address this cost. Thanks for your understanding.

  • Summer sausage, 12 oz log/$8.75. Our sausage is about great taste without the guilt. It’s hand-crafted using USDA-approved natural celery and cherry juices to provide the natural nitrates and nitrites needed for great taste and safe storage. Gluten- and dairy-free. Great for sandwiches, charcuterie boards, family meals, and holiday entertaining. 10-package minimum for online orders. No minimum for pick up at the farm.

  • Ground beef. $7.50/lb., vacuum packaged in flattened rectangles for easy and efficient storage. Lean and delicious from our healthy cattle. 25-pound minimum when ordered online. No minimum if picked up at the farm. Call about farm pickup.

We deliver to a select drop sites in the Twin Cities metro area, including Sun Ray Shopping Center in Woodbury, and near Uptown in Minneapolis. (Other drops can be arranged.) The fee is $10.00 when two or more drops can be clustered. Single drop-offs are $12.00. Home delivery is $25.00+ depending on distance from farm.
